The Scan Group is a renowned name in Iron and Steel Industry backed by over 20 glorious years of experience in steel making. The group was founded by Shri Sawarmal Gadodia in a small town called Rajgangpur near Rourkela in the State of Odisha and under whose stewardship the group grew from strength to strength and now has steel manufacturing facilities, with full integration, in five states of India, Odisha, Telengana, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Assam . It was the vision of the founder, Shri Sawarmal Gadodia that in the year 1992 the first foundation stone was driven into the soil of Rajgangpur, Odisha. In 1996, he started an automatic rolling mill and an induction furnace of the flagship company Scan Steels Ltd. which is now a complete integrated steel manufacturing unit having its own captive power plants, sponge iron units, induction furnaces and automatic rolling mills. The group now manufactures TMT bars under the brand name “SHRISHTII TMT” and also makes corrugated profile sheets under the brand name “SHRISHTII ROOFING”. Scan Steels Ltd. is the flagship company of “SCAN GROUP” of industries and represents integrated Steel plants located at Rajgangpur (Odisha) and other factories are in Hyderabad (Telengana), Bellary (Karnataka), Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) and Guwahati (Assam).
